🔁 Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

❌ Non-returnable items:

  • Items on sale or promotion are final and cannot be returned.

  • Personal care products (e.g., skincare, health products) are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace or refund it.
